So I’ve got something really cool, I actually got to go to a press event for ZIIP Beauty and ask the creator, Melanie Simon, some questions and find out for myself what the heck makes this go amazing also why they decided to take away the video of the male, mine you I wasn’t a ZIIP user so I only heard echo’s of this video. I got to find out first hand why things are priced the way they are, and why ZIIP Beauty proves to put some electrical esthetician’s out of a job – a lot of celebrities are known to stop by these popular trend spots rather then going under the knife.

First of all, What is ZIIP ZIIP is a handheld electrical skincare device. The technology behind ZIIP is ground breaking – tiny, energetic currents are pushed into the skin through positively and negatively discs located on the bottom of the ZIIP. I have a nose ring, when I use ZIIP I take it out, do I have too?
No you don’t have to take it out if you do not wish to, ZIIP can be used with metal piercings/implants; however, the piercing area should be avoided as much as possible as you may feel a “zinging” sensation if the probe touches anything metal.

What happen to the video that featured a male showing how to use the ZIIP, Why was it changed to a woman?
It’s best to avoid using ZIIP on areas where there is facial hair. The hair acts as a blocker to ZIIP’s electrical currents so we thought it best to change the outline of the Quick Fix video your are speaking of. We recommend using ZIIP on a clean-shaven face, but if you do have a beard and/or mustache, you can adjust any of the electrical treatments to avoid those areas, or use the Quick Fix or VitalEyes electrical treatments, which do not include the lower face and jaw area.

The conductive gel is kind of.. pricey for this day and age and you have to use a lot of it, how long does a bottle last?

Concealers are a very versatile product type that leaves plenty of usage options for the user. They were created to conceal acne spots, but famous make-up trendsetters from all walks of life, from the Kardashians to drag queens, brought to light its different usages. These include applying different shades on the cheeks for contouring, hiding facial hair, discoloration, tattoos, you name it.

For acne coverage, it is best to choose a color close to your skin tone so that it does not stand out against the rest of the skin when covering the blemish. For brightening the under eyes area, cheekbones, forehead, or chin, choose a shade lighter than your skin. For contouring, choose a darker shade and use it to reshape features like cheekbones, chin, temples, or forehead.

➡️ The concealer feels very light and does not add noticeable weight to the skin, which is a miracle for something with such good coverage. A little bit of product will go a long way, so I feel that I should’ve blended out more on my first few attempts, but such is the learning curve of a new product. Based on how little product is required, this will last longer than your average concealer.

➡️ The Magic Star concealer’s magic makes it a bit pricey but fair when it comes to the results provided. The fact that it holds through the day while staying matte confirms its value.

SIDE NOTE ➡️ Like I mentioned above I will be repurchasing this conceal 100% although it only has 3.5 ml of product for $22.00 I still feel that it is worth it because of the product itself, another down side to it is you almost always have to buy this concealer or any products from the brand online as they are not sold in stores which makes finding your shade a little harder!

What’s going on boys and girls – I’ve had it with some brands, I really need to press that just because products are sent to me or I am paid to review and advertise something does not mean I will go and say lies about the product, I have to say, I give skin care and some makeup items a good two weeks, before I write a review. With a recent paid review (SERUM C | M X T C) I didn’t give it that long because I figured it’s just a suspended vitamin c, treatment strength, serum. I just have to say that, I should have gave it the two weeks because I ended up having a massive reaction to the product, with using Serum C I cut out all my skin care and used just a basic moisturizer with my eye products – I got the worst burns on my forehead, cheek and chin and no it was not a break out or anything like that, I thought that at first and I understand that so treatments like this can cause the skin to become ‘worse’ before it gets better, the worst part about it, is I get a damn press release which is information in extreme details and it didn’t say anything about a warning, it’s not the vitamin c it’s how it is suspended that makes it kind of dangerous for the skin without being micro needled please google it if you don’t understand what I am talking about, the worst part about it when I showed pictures to the brand, and talked about what happen they just didn’t care, and they were not shocked. Did I mention Serum C comes with a $200.00 price tag, I’ve learned to understand different signs from my body using my skin that something isn’t right, inside and out, you should also.

There are 3 things people will first notice about you, eyebrows, skin and teeth, with out a doubt someone will make a impression about you based on those 3 things especially in the judgment world we live in today – your skin is the most noticeable part of your body. And it can play a major role in telling you about your health. Rashes, acne (spots), bruising, and more can all indicate potential health problems you may want to look into.

I know this 1 will be nothing new to you but stress, when you’re under emotional stress, whether it’s from a job or another life situation, your body reacts physically. If you’ve noticed breakouts on your skin but don’t believe it’s due to your diet or age, then it may be stress-related. Take a step back to find out what is causing the stress in your life, you have to try to calm down and cut the stress out because in most cases people will start to treat it like active acne throwing benzoyl peroxide and all kinds of chemicals thinking it will help the situation which typically causes irritation, loss of hydration and extra sebum creation and in return causes your skin to fighting back and it becoming worse which in return just makes you more stressed about your appearance.

SIDE NOTE This is really important to remember, in most cases acne and irritation from stress is large, red, and 99.9% of the time very sore, you shouldn’t try to pop it but if you do you will find out that, it typically will not pop. As fast as it came typically over night is as fast as it will start to settle down and tone down, in as little as three days it will be almost completely gone, Try putting some Witch Hazel and Vitamin E cream on it or take Vitamin A orally, for no more than 3 days. Water helps your body sustain normal functions. When you’re not hydrated, your skin will show it. Your skin might become dry and look dull; you won’t have the glow you’d normally have if you kept yourself hydrated. While dull skin might not seem like the worst thing, being dehydrated is terrible for your body. The amount of water you should be drinking each day varies per person, but you should generally aim for around 64 ounces daily. I truly cannot stress just how important it is for your body to be hydrated, I don’t drink pop and only drink real juices and it’s not like I’m punishing myself, it’s because I just don’t like pop or overly fake sweet drinks. Next time stick with water, your teeth will thank you also.

Any kind of rash, hives, or red skin could mean you’re having some kind of allergic reaction. It may not be as dangerous as anaphylaxis (which often results in difficulty breathing, swollen eyes, and potentially deadly health problems), but it still isn’t something that should be taken lightly. If you’re taking a new antibiotic, make sure to check around your body and look for any sign of hives or rash that could mean you’re allergic to the drug or said ingredient. The same thing is to be said for some active ingredients in some skin care can interfere with medication or make you ill without even knowing it when it is absorbed into the skin. If you notice anything, stop taking it and talk to your doctor or contact the company for more information about an ingredient as they have to disclose any and all information.

Another thing to look out for and I actually did have this happen to me, there is a massive difference between being pale and being almost white, if you notice you skin a little on the white, semi grey side, it would be wise to talk to your doctor and get a blood work panel done to determine if your anemic. There are different types of anemia and treatable with some vitamins. Make sure you pay attention to what your body is telling you.

➡️ There are so much more I could talk about, fungal infections, STD’s, menopause, or even liver disease but I think that’s enough to take in for today.

Hey boys and girls, I am personally a very big fan of changing my skin care pretty much when I feel the seasons begin to change. Skin is the largest organ of the body. It consists of three layers of tissues: the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutaneous layer. The epidermis is the paper-thin outer layer of the skin. The outer layer of the epidermis consists of dead cells that are always flaking or washing off. These are replaced by new cells manufactured in the lower portion of the epidermis, which move upward to the outside of the skin. As they do so, the cells harden and die, some people have skin care that works for them but in a lot of cases the skin just gets used to what you are using.

This cycle of cell production and replacement slows as we age. It takes about 28 days for the average, middle-aged adult. As we grow older, this skin cycle slows to about 45-60 days in our 40’s and 50’s. It can further slow to about 60-90 days in our 50’s and 60’s. As this process slows, dead cells accumulate on the surface of skin causing sagging and collapse of structure or what we see as lines, wrinkles, and deeper folds. Bacteria can become trapped causing blemishes and breakouts. Discoloured and irregular cells can also become trapped causing spots, discolouration, and sometimes more serious skin conditions, which is why I find it very important to take care of your skin starting at a good age, and there are available treatments to correct what time has done on the skin but after it would be up to you to keep it up.

Georgette Klinger is a European line that was interested in my feedback so they sent me a couple of item, and in return I was asked to pick whatever products I was interested in and added to the PR list. The prices of the products are on par with what you will be getting, of course the moisturizers and treatments start to become a little bit more expensive but it’s the same with any brand, the difference is the ingredients.

There is so much about this skin care line that I could just rave about all day! But they have one product that I literally call my secret little weapon and that’s because it is, gone are the days of the night before a big job interview you get that feeling like you have a huge pimple coming and you wake up and sure enough there it is, right on your chin! It is even worse when it’s the night before a date and you get the same feeling, concealer can only do so much! Georgette Klinger created Charcoal Drying Lotion I promise you, if you feel that little tingle, and we all know what I’m talking about, apply this before you go to sleep and wake up do you thing, I will reapply a fresh dot on my existing dot just while I eat my yogurt, check my email, etc and then I shower, when you come out of the show, boom, it’s completely gone ➡️ now if this was a cystic pimple all you’ll have there is redness, no bump, no lump, and concealer can easily cover the redness and you are good to go!

This moisturizer will not break you out, which I think even as we look for a new moisturizer, it’s something that we want.
